Who We Are

History

Joii Community Ltd (formerly Briswestcare Association Inc.) has an 18 year history of delivering a unique range of social, welfare, adventure based- early intervention and counselling programs. It was co-founder of the auto-themed Men’s Community Program - Shed 27 (Capalaba) and has auspiced the Traction program since its inception in 2015.

In 2018, BWC made the decision to transition into a Public Company with Social Enterprise at its core. In doing do it looked for partner organisations to help in the fulfillment of its Mission and Vision, which developed into the partnership with Joii Ltd.

How Are We Reinventing The Community

Joii is all about helping vulnerable people. We do this by setting up and partnering with social enterprises that create sustainable, lasting impact. It continues to auspice the Traction program and seeks further partner with homelessness support organisations (e.g. Safe By the Bay). In 2019, we developed a financial Mentoring and Support Program to assist vulnerable people in reaching the goal of home ownership.
